Founder on Hiatus

So my life is getting super busy and I've put off this announcement as long as I could.  I will be going on an indefinite hiatus.  This means I'm not exactly sure when I will be back, but understand that I will return.  I'm not abandoning the group in any way.

Why a hiatus?
Well, first off I am moving this week.  I have movers literally coming over to my house tomorrow to start packing up basically everything we own.  This means I will obviously have very limited access to the internet and therefore to deviantART.

Secondly, I am in my third trimester of my pregnancy (8 months).  So you can imagine how stressful it is to be selling a house and moving while being pregnant.  If not, let me tell you it's not been easy at all.  Because of this simple fact there is always the unknown and the chance I could go into labor early is why I say indefinite.  Due dates are simple estimations, not true predictions, which means I cannot rightly say when I am going to pop.  I can, however, guarantee that I will need the time to rest and focus on getting prepared for the baby's arrival and adjusting to being a first time mom.  This is where the "I'm-not-sure-when-I'll-be-back" factors in.


I've seen so many groups die when a founder goes on a hiatus, but I will not let that be the case here.  My co-founder (foogie) and fellow group staff are still here and will still be working behind the scenes.  So please be assured that the group will not die.  Your submissions will continue to be reviewed.  Weekly Features will still be showcased.  Everything will continue as normal.
